Who is responsible
Christian Arby, Sweden, is the data controller for your data on HouseIn3D. Contact: hej@husi3d.se. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for every customer, wherever you live.
What we process and why
- Name, email, address and house type, to build your model, send the preview and deliver the file. Legal basis: contract.
- Drawings and other files you upload, only to build your model. Legal basis: contract.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Receipts and bookkeeping records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Email on the waitlist, to let you know when there's a spot. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Drawings, preview pictures and model files are deleted automatically 90 days after your order.
- Order details (name, email, address) are deleted after 24 months.
- The waitlist is cleared after 12 months.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use these providers (data processors):
- Vercel (hosting and file storage)
- Neon (database, EU)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Stripe (payments)
- Anthropic (AI tools that help us read the drawings and build the model)
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics without cookies
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. That's why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to get it in a portable format. Email hej@husi3d.se and we'll, for example, delete your files right away. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the data protection authority where you live.
